Cancellation Policy
There will be 50% cancellation fee for any appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled within 48 business hours of scheduled appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled for a Monday appointment on the Friday, Saturday, or Sunday before will incur this fee. If you are a no show the day of the appointment this fee is automatically collected and a *non refundable booking fee deposit will be required for all future bookings. If you frequently (more than 2) cancel or reschedule your appointments a *non refundable booking fee deposit will be required for all further bookings. All new clients are subject to the *non refundable booking fee deposit.
*The non refundable booking fee will be deducted from the amount of your service for that appointment only! If a non refundable booking deposit is made and you cancel or reschedule your appointment you will forfeit your non refundable booking deposit.
